why my bby bump still small????

already 12weeks but still small like I'm not pergant? ..but the other already have a bby bump when 12weeks ?..it bcause my height or my weight?

Sy 2 bln da nampak.. org dekat2 da tegur.. padahal da mmg buncit tang perut. Mase tak pregnant takde plak kne tegur.
