why my bby bump still small????

already 12weeks but still small like I'm not pergant? ..but the other already have a bby bump when 12weeks ?..it bcause my height or my weight?

Sy kurus tinggi tp da npk baby bump.. Mgkn sbb ank ke2.. N sy ada fabroid 1,n 2 cyst.. Perut da rsa bonjol sebesar gengaman.. Mggu ni pn 12weeks.
