Can allergies be cured?

I don't think so. I've had my allergies since i was 2 years old. Until now, it keeps on recurring every time it is triggered. I agree with Allan, you can avoid the triggers, but you can't totally say that you are already safe.

No, but you can treat and control your symptoms. and you can have allergy shots. They don’t cure allergies, but they may significantly reduce your sensitivity to your allergy triggers and reduce your allergic response.
