Honestly, I'm not sure exactly kung paano ang process nila since bawat hospital may sarili silang rules, pero I think the best move is to call CGH Charity directly and ask, they'll know better kung pwede mo i-transfer ang records mo from their regular OPD or kung kailangan ng bagong application. A few of us here had to navigate hospital transfers din, and nakatulong talaga ang direktang tanong sa hospital mismo, kaya don't hesitate to ring them up! Good luck with your pregnancy, mama!
