Ako ulit mga mii🤗 Kakatapos q lang kumain ng dinner at ito yung kinain ko. Nagtest din mona ako b4 kumain para alam q yung sugar ko. At ito yung result 90mg/dL sya ibig sbhin pasok po at normal sya. Mamaya after 2 hrs magttest ako ulit para malaman ko kong normal pa rin yung result sa mga nakain ko. Sana pasok padin sya,🙏☝️ mamaya po mag uupdate ako ng result after 2hrs po. Uy, great na nag-monitor ka ng blood sugar mo! 90mg/dL before meals is really good, mama, that's a healthy fasting level talaga. Sana the 2-hour test after eating ay pasok din, pero honestly if you're worried about the numbers or if they're consistently high, better check with your OB agad para may peace of mind ka and they can guide you properly throughout your pregnancy.
