Air kelapa okay je minum time pantang, actually! A few of my mum friends drank it during confinement sebab it's hydrating and okay for the body, tapi limit jer, jangan overdo lah. Best lah you check with your pantang lady or doctor dulu to be safe, especially if ada any specific restrictions based on your condition or how you delivered.
