Back from hospital due to bleeding

After work went back home take bath found out I'm bleeding in my whole panty. Then rushed to hospital for checking.. Doctor said I'm not active bleeding and I need more rest at home for the week.. I feel bad that I keep on taking mc.. I afraid I might lose my job. Have to Wait for another 2 weeks to check the fetal growth progress...Doctor also said can't confirm me anything..
