W5 d1 now but 2 small pea size of brown spotted,

after use tisu wipe no more. Abit worry as this my 3rd preg after 2loss. My kkh appt is this thu. Any tips how shall i stay calm & relax?

If the spotting is continuous along with very bad period cramps, I advice see a doctor.
