Placing baby at in law house, bring back baby cry

After maternity leave gotta back to work.. But work twice a week which I place 3-4mth old at on law house.. When I bring back home from third day.. He crying non-stop even I carry him#advicepls #firstbaby #1stimemom .. Any advice? If I bring back and forth.. Will he just use to 2environment?

I believe it’s the change of environment. They need time to adapt. Stranger anxiety don’t set in until like 8months?
