Hay, I know how uncomfortable that is, mama! But honestly, puwede kasing maraming dahilan yan, stress, sleep, hydration, or something else, kaya please see a doctor or go to a clinic to be sure, especially if it keeps happening or kumakabog talaga. A few of my mum friends had similar headaches, and iba-iba ang cause nila, so better safe than sorry! In the meantime, try to rest, drink lots of water, and avoid bright screens if kaya mo.
