In the meantime, a few of us try to keep the area cool and dry, at wear loose clothing para less irritation, kaya hopefully ma-ease mo na ang kati while waiting for your doctor appointment! Pero don't delay ha, kailangan talaga ng proper diagnosis at treatment para matulog ka ng maayos.
