Paanu inumin ang evening primrose oil?

Ay, honestly sis, I haven't personally tried evening primrose oil kaya hindi ako sure ng exact dosage, iba-iba ang brands at instructions nila! Better to check with your OB or doctor about how to take it properly, kasi importante na ma-follow ang right amount, lalo na kung may specific reason ka (like fertility or period stuff). A few of my mum friends swear by supplements pero lagi nilang sinisigurado muna with their doctor kung okay talaga for them before bumili.
