My baby boy length is 53cm he's 3 months old now..Is it normal?

At 3 months, 53cm is actually on the smaller side, most babies are around 59-61cm by that age, pero it really depends kung gaano kalaki siya at birth and kung normal ang growth curve niya overall. Better to ask your pedia sa next check-up para makita kung consistent lang ang growth niya or if there's anything to monitor, especially kung he's feeding well at active pa rin. One of my mum friends' baby was also on the petite side but lumaki lang normally, so don't worry too much yet pero definitely mention it sa doctor para peace of mind!
