Nakakagulat talaga ang spotting kahit papano, pero glad to hear ang ultrasound came back normal, yun na ang best sign! A few of us had the same thing at early pregnancy and the doctor said it's usually just hormonal or from the cervix being sensitive, but definitely take the meds your OB gave you para sa peace of mind lang.
