Honestly sis, I'm not entirely sure about the online process kasi complicated ang PhilHealth rules, lalo na pag may lapse in contributions, better to call the PhilHealth hotline directly or visit your local health center para sure ang steps mo, kasi alam mo naman kung paano sila strict with requirements.
