actually there is a pharmacy at Marsiling Mall in front of Burger King @ level 2 that allows these things to be bought by CDA card. tried and tested. most of the things at the pharmacy like baby shampoo also they allow.
I believe this both cant be use as it is only for school/hospital/clinic/poly.
