Honestly, both Calmoseptine and zinc oxide products are pretty common recommendations dito sa Pinas, kaya okay lang yung ginagamit mo, a few of us mums have tried both and they work similarly, it's just kung alin ang mas comfortable sa baby's skin. The thing is, if the rash isn't improving after a few days or kung parang lumalaki pa, better check with your pedia para sure kung ano talaga ang cause, kasi sometimes it could be fungal or something na need different treatment.
