I've been having diarrhoea for about a week...and now at 36 weeks+.Could this be a sign of labour?

It is not a sign of labour but can trigger for early birth. If this persistent you are to visit gynae/doctor to check on your baby to ensure everything is okay.

I don’t think it’s a sign but take care of yourself.
