Blighted ovum or not

#advicepls I need to enlighten myself, today nag pa check up ako and ultrasound on our nearest clinic here in province. The result has gestational sac but no fetus seen on the ultrasound result which is dapat meron dahil yung last LMP ko po is october 26,2023. I have a second ultrasound which is showing na may fetus and heartbeat possible po ba na nag miscarry ako?

hi mi! while nakakabahala yung result ng ultrasound nyo today, it’s best to wait for your ultrasound next week. may hindi lang po ako maintindihan, nagpaultrasound po ba ulit kayo and sa second ultrasound may heartbeat and fetus na?

gestational sac lang po mamsh. may parang something sa loob nya pero sa every week na nagpa transV ako (3x po ako nagpa transV, every 2 weeks) hindi po siya lumaki and walang heartbeat na nadetect from the start.
