Kailangan mo talaga i-check with your OB agad kasi sa pregnancy, kahit small bumps dapat sure-sure na, especially since malapit ka na sa third trimester at importante iwasan ang any infection na makakaapekto. One of my mum friends had something similar and nag-panic siya, pero turned out it was just a cyst na hindi serious, pero kailangan pa rin ng proper check para ma-rule out if it's a boil or something else, kaya don't delay ha.
