How to boost breastmilk?

Hi, 1 year and 7 months ebf. As per experience, proven ang following: - Stay hydrated like maya maya ang inom ng water -Unlilatch kay baby to stimulate milk production - Make sure to empty both breast after feeding para iwas clogged. I use silicon milk catcher every feeding to catch milk letdown sa other boob then store sa freezer to build stash. -Iwasang mastress. Ang laking factor neto kung bakit nahina milk supply - Enjoy the breastfeesing journey. 😊 Mahirap sya because it will demand you a lot of your time and sacrifices of sleep and rest and its okay to be down some days. We're human anyway. Ang iniisip ko na lang it is a wonderful gift to bond with my baby and time flies so fast. In a glimpse, they will no longer ask for your company so enjoy the ups and downs.
