Please talk to your OB about this at your next check-up, they'll monitor it closely kasi maraming cases na umakyat pa ng placenta by third trimester, pero kailangan nila makita kung paano ka talaga progressing. For now, rest when you can, avoid heavy lifting, at tawagan agad ang doctor kung may heavy bleeding or cramping, 'wag palampasin kahit konti lang. You're doing great by being attentive sa baby mo!
