Pregnancy piles
Advice pls. I developed painful external piles at 6 weeks. Is there any treatment or I need to endure till post partum?

Oh no, piles during pregnancy are really uncomfortable, and I feel for you. Honestly, this is something worth checking with your gynae or polyclinic because there are some safe options they can recommend, like topical creams or dietary changes that might help manage the pain without waiting it out till after delivery. Many mums find that staying really hydrated, eating lots of fibre, and keeping things regular makes a big difference. It's not something you have to just suffer through for nine months, so do get it checked soon.

She’ll be able to advise and probably prescribe medication. If you don’t want to see a doctor, you can also take some prebiotics - i take Advagen occasionally. It helps my poo to pass smoothly. It’s a supplement - no smell, no taste, and dissolves in water.
