Since the suppository didn't work after the full 3-day course, definitely go back to your OB agad, sometimes kailangan ng different medication or may underlying cause na kailangan i-check pa, especially since you're postpartum and everything is super sensitive pa. A few of us moms had recurrent infections din and it took a second visit to finally get the right treatment, kaya don't hesitate to follow up. In the meantime, make sure you're wearing breathable cotton underwear and avoiding douches or scented products kasi that can make it worse. Hang in there, this will pass!
