TTC Baby Boy

Any advice? I read that we need to baby dance on the day of ovulation or 12hrs before ovulation. But we already baby danced since 5 days before ovulation ? Do i still hv a chance to conceive a boy? Been eating lotsof potatoes and bananas too.
