Success delivery

Congrats sa baby boy mo! Ang bilis ng labor mo, from mild contractions to delivery in 2 days lang, that's amazing, especially na normal delivery pa! Rest well those first few weeks after discharge kasi ang body mo needs time to heal from the laceration, at kasama na doon ang adjustment sa breastfeeding at sleep deprivation hehe. A few of us mums in our circle had the IUD inserted right after delivery din, and honestly it's been solid for family planning, just make sure you're comfortable with the recovery before going back to normal activities.
