Perancang depo

Hmm, I haven't heard dari mum friends around me yang ada stomach issues lepas stop depo, tapi cramping and hormonal changes memang boleh happen during the adjustment period after you stop contraception, sometimes takes a few weeks for your body to settle balik. Kalau the pain is really bad or lasting long, better check dengan your doctor to make sure it's nothing else lah, because everyone's body reacts differently to hormonal changes!
