Healthy food can end up harming if not eaten in moderation. For coconut oil, it indeed have quite a few articles that mentioned it helps children to absorb vitamins from food. But I still feel safer to feed my kids with natural food like coconut milk or coconut flesh to get the coconut oil nutrients. For those that prefer coconut oil, maybe not use them in every meal. Perhaps 2-3 times a week will do as coconut oil is still saturated fat and too much consumption is still unhealthy overall.
