Hai! Melasma boleh je muncul kat mana-mana tempat, tak mesti muka je, hormones during pregnancy boleh trigger pigmentation kat chest, neck, bahkan arms juga. A few of my mum friends kena melasma kat dada dan leher je, bukan muka, so you're not alone! Biasanya fade after delivery or kurang prominent, tapi some of us ada yang linger sikit. Best thing is protect that area from sun (SPF is your friend!), and once you deliver you dapat properly assess if it fades on its own.
