Aah sy pun pernah! At 38 weeks lebih kurang, Braxton Hicks contractions tu memang boleh jadi sangat frequent dan keras sampai rasa macam labour, especially kalau first time mum memang takut gila. A few of my mum friends pun sama, they were having contractions almost every night tapi doc said cervix tak dilate lagi, it's the body's way of practising je. Try drinking more water, warm bath, and rest as much as you can sebab tu sign baby dah ready soon je. Tapi kalau sakit terus-terusan atau ada spotting/fluid discharge, jangan delay, terus pergi hospital okay, better safe than sorry!
