Please do see your doctor ASAP or call your clinic to discuss your concerns and the TVS findings, especially given your history. A few of us mums have been through worrying early scans too, and honestly the doctors need to monitor you closely this time, they'll want to track everything carefully with your situation. The fact that TVS picked up the sac and yolk sac is good, tapi you really need your doctor to do proper follow-up scans to make sure everything is in the right place, especially after what happened before.
