Muka sembab

Aihhh normal lahhh at 35 weeks, swelling memang akan naik especially towards the end of pregnancy, hormones and water retention jugak! A few of us mama friends went through the same thing, muka jadi puffy gila time 3rd trimester, then after delivery sikit2 hilang je Try to rest dengan kaki naik tinggi2, reduce salt intake, and drink plenty of water (I know sounds counterintuitive tapi memang membantu!). Tapi if the swelling tu terasa extreme atau ada headache/vision changes, better check with your doc cepat2 je to rule out anything else, okay? You're almost there, mama!
