Hey mama, I totally get the question! So kalau we surrender diri (vaginal labour then emergency C-section), usually the epidural they cucuk at the back tu akan still working during the surgery itself, so most of us don't feel the jab lagi, tapi it really depends on timing and how exhausted you are by then haha. A few mums I know who went through this said they were so tired from labour yang they didn't really register much anyway! But best to ask your doctor or anaesthetist before the day comes, because setiap person's experience is different, they can explain exactly how they'll manage the epidural or if they need to top it up for the surgery.
