Aiyooo, morning sickness at 7 weeks is really tough lah, I feel for you! A few of us mums found that eating small, frequent meals, like crackers or plain toast before getting out of bed, ginger tea, or even sucking on ice lollies, helped settle the stomach a bit, but honestly if the vomiting is constant and you're struggling to keep food down, best check with your doctor to make sure you're okay and not dehydrated. Some mums also found that Vitamin B6 supplements helped, but again, ask your gynae first lah, everyone's body is different, and they can guide you better on what's safe for you right now. Hang in there, it usually gets better after the first trimester!
