Bukaan dah 2cm tapi belum warded

Ada tak yg dah ada bukaan tapi dr suruh balik dulu. Saya pergi hospital sbb baby asyik mengeras and rasa sakit tapi bukan yg kerap. Check2 bukaan dah 2cm. Tapi dr suruh balik sebab kalau nak warded kena bukaan 3-4cm. Selalunya dari 2cm nak ke 4cm ambil masa berapa lama? Saya first time mom. Mommies boleh share pengalaman tak🫣#firsttimemom#firstbaby

Sabar dulu mama, ni memang normal for first-timers! A few of my mum friends yang baru pertama kali, dari 2cm to 4cm ambil anywhere between 4-12 hours (or even longer, tbh, setiap orang beda), so you might be going back and forth to the hospital a few times before they admit you, and that's okay. The good news is your body is doing what it should, tapi sebab pain contractions belum regular enough yet, doktor wants to make sure you're really in active labour before admitting. Go home, rest as much as you can, eat light snacks, and time your contractions, once diorang consistent and closer together every 3-5 minutes, that's when you head back. First labour memang panjang sikit, jadi jangan worry, you're on the right track! All the best, mama, you got this!
