Darah istihadah
Ada tak yg bersalin bulan 1 tp masih keluar darah.haritu check klinik ckp tu darah gbs.still ada keluar sikit2..saya dh solat n puasa mcm biasa je.ada cara ke bg darah stop? Tq
Hai mama, darah istihadah memang boleh berlanjut berbulan-bulan especially lepas bersalin, so it's totally normal yang kamu still ada spotting sikit-sikit. Since doctor dah confirm tu darah gbs, baguslah, tapi kalau terus banyak or bau pelik, better check balik dengan doctor ye sebab sometimes ada possibility infection or retained products. In the meantime, make sure rest plenty, makan foods kaya dengan iron, and stay hydrated, your body needs time to heal after delivery. You're doing great managing this while solat dan puasa macam biasa, that's impressive mama! Insya'Allah akan stop soon, tapi jangan worry kalau take a few more weeks, setiap body recover differently.
