Aiyah, possible lah tu actually, ada few of us yang bloat macam gila early on, pastu ternyata gas je or constipation dari hormones, bukan baby size Tapi 6 minggu je so perut membesar macam 4-5 bulan tu agak unusual, so better check with your doctor to make sure everything okay and rule out anything else, especially kalau ada cramping or other symptoms yang aneh-aneh.
