Eh ada je, boleh ada UTI tanpa simptom, especially if your urine already shows protein & RBC, doctor might want to rule it out je even if you feel completely fine. A few of my mum friends had the same thing, urine culture came back positive tapi they had zero burning or frequency issues, so doctor started antibiotics just in case. The good news is kalau memang ada, at least you caught it early from your routine tests, so proceed je with the culture & follow up with your doctor on the results, they'll guide you on whether you actually need treatment or just monitoring.
