I haven't given birth there myself, but a few of my mum friends have delivered at Ampuan Rahimah and they say it's quite okay, the staff are friendly and the ward conditions are decent for a government hospital. For costs, normal delivery is usually around RM800, 1200 and Caesar around RM2000, 3000+ depending on complications, tapi you better call the hospital directly to confirm current prices sebab dapat berubah, and they can explain the exact breakdown for you!
