Bersalin di ppum

Eh, I haven't bersalin kat PPUM but a few of my mum friends ada yang deliver sana and they say suami memang boleh teman throughout, so don't worry about that! Dari segi procedure, better you call their labour ward directly (depa boleh explain step-by-step pasal paperwork, admission, all that) and tanya jugak what to bring, usually just important documents, insurance card, toiletries, and comfy clothes, tapi PPUM ni mungkin ada specific requirements so better confirm dengan depa directly je, tak sakit hati!
