Keputihan campur darah?

Ada tak yang pernah alami macam ni. Pregnant 17w, bila buang air, kadang ada macam keputihan yang macam bercampur darah. Warna darah tu bukan merah fresh, tapi macam darah lama. Kecoklatan/keruh / kehitaman. Dia cuma keluar sesekali. Contoh, hari ni ada keluar, sekali je, then 2-3 minggu keluar keputihan biasa. Nanti tiba-tiba ada keluar lagi, sekali dua dan memang bercampur keputihan je. Dekat seluar dalam/pantyliner takde. Time buang air je dia macam keluar sesekali.

Aih, keputihan campur darah coklat macam tu memang boleh buat worried je kan. Tapi relax sikit, not all spotting means something is wrong, especially kalau cuma sesekali keluar dan normal keputihan hari-hari. Some mums mentioned they had the same brown-ish discharge on and off through pregnancy, paused for weeks, then it happened again, and the baby turned out fine. That said, sebab you're 17 weeks and ini pattern baru for you, it's really worth checking with your gynae even if everything feels okay otherwise, just to rule out anything like cervical changes, infection, atau even just extra blood vessels yang common in pregnancy. Better safe than sorry kan. Dalam masa tu, try avoid heavy lifting and stress yourself out. If suddenly the bleeding gets heavier, ada cramping, atau constant abdominal pain, then that's when you go straight to the hospital, okay. Let your doctor know the exact pattern, sesekali je, coklat shade, keluar masa WC, because they know your ultrasound results and history best.
