Aiyoh, my youngest did this too, kept repeating the same words over and over, and I was so worried something was wrong lah! But a few of us mums realised it's actually super normal at that age, they're just exploring sounds and getting excited about words they discover. My friend's boy did the same thing with "car car car" non-stop, and by the time he turned three the repetition stopped on its own. That said, if you're concerned about his speech development or if the repeating is extreme and he's not using words in different ways, better check with the paediatrician just to be sure everything is on track, ya?
