Sembelit ketika tri 3

Sabar ye, konstipasi ni memang common sangat during pregnancy, especially tri 3, a few of my mum friends had the same thing at 35 weeks. Tapi kalau sampai berdarah, better you check with your doctor or midwife just to make sure everything's okay, sebab they can give you safe advice and maybe suggest stool softeners or dietary adjustments yang aman untuk baby. Don't worry too much lah, biasanya baby will be fine, but it's good to get it checked out so you can deliver comfortably nanti. Minum banyak air, increase fiber, and kalau boleh minta doctor recommend apa yang safe untuk preggy moms, jangan self-medicate ye!
