A few of my mum friends experienced the same thing during pregnancy, baby movements are inconsistent especially around 28 weeks, sometimes meriah sampai kept them awake, then esok slow je. Bayi pun ada mood and sleep cycles macam kita, so jangan worry sangat. But since you mentioned kena paksa to feel movements, maybe do the kick counting properly, if truly tak ada gerak for hours, best la check with your doctor just to be sure semua okay dengan baby.
