Sayang, I know this is stressful, but please follow up with your doctor or go to the clinic/hospital asap, especially since ada spotting. Dia kena lihat apa yang happening, okay? A few of my mum friends went through uncertain early scans, and the doctors always recommend follow-up ultrasound within a few days to check properly, tu yang paling important sekarang. The brown spotting + thick uterine lining needs proper monitoring, bukan something to wait on. UPT line still terang is a good sign, tapi doc needs to see the whole picture to make sure baby is developing well. Don't worry alone, get checked soon ya!
