A few of my mum friends yang pregnant twins dulu, and honestly the signs were quite similar to normal pregnancy tapi lebih intense sikit, morning sickness yang teruk, fatigue yang luar, and perut membesar cepat sangat compared to singleton pregnancy. Boobs pun lebih tender, and some of them had more frequent trips to the toilet because dua babies la makan space. Best approach tu go see your doctor early for proper scan, they can confirm twins and monitor how both babies developing. Congrats if you're suspecting twins!
