Sayang, HSA tu okay, tapi honestly kang better you call the labour ward direct at the hospital or tanya your OB, procedure dia boleh berubah depending on occupancy and current SOP, so better dapat info fresh dari source sendiri rather than rely on what I ingat from my friends' experience few years back. A few of us from my mum group had babies at different hospitals in JB, and honestly tiap-tiap tempat ade their own flow, so it's best to ask HSA directly and maybe attend their antenatal class if available, they'll walk you through setiap step and you'll feel much more prepared mentally and physically!
