Ahhh mama, lacunae (plural) tu sebenarnya normal spacing dalam placenta, bukan something to worry about unless doctor mention it! A few of my mum friends had this show up in their scans and everything turned out fine, tapi memang better check with your OB pasal this sebab they can see the full picture from your scan. Don't stress dulu lah, most of the time it's just part of how placenta develops, tapi doctor tu yang boleh confirm if it's anything to monitor or not okay?
