Kelas antenatal

Eh I haven't tried kelas antenatal in Selangor myself sebab first time pregnant I was still working crazy hours, tapi a few of my mum friends yang pergi kata the government clinics dekat polyclinics tu actually bagus and free, just kena book awal-awal sebab slot cepat penuh! A couple of them jugak try private classes at hospitals like Subang Jaya or Sungai Long, siap ada partner's session somemore which their husbands enjoyed. Honestly tanyalah kat your OB-GYN directly because they usually recommend based on location you stay, or check out the maternity centres nearby your delivery hospital, sometimes they organize their own antenatal classes and more convenient to go there kan since you'll deliver there anyway!
