Jangan tahan-tahan, please go see your gynae or nearest clinic asap, better safe than sorry, especially with BP issues during pregnancy. A few of my mum friends pun pernah ada similar symptoms, and most turned out fine after they got checked properly, tapi kena monitor regularly ja.
